Specializing in heavy industrial demolition and strip out, North American Dismantling is based in Lapeer, Michigan and bids work throughout the United States and Canada. Our use of latest technology and experience combined with our customer oriented philosophy results in an efficient, safe and economical project completion. North American Dismantling prides itself on having the newest and most up-to-date equipment.
Over the years NADC has built a strong reputation for performing selective demolition and total demolition throughout the country by providing their expertise in engineering, environmental assessment, remediation and specialty construction, while maintaining its long tradition of being considered an industry leader in demolition. On many of these projects NADC worked in the capacity of General Contractor or Design/Build Contractor.
On all of its projects, NADC performs all the demolition work with its own work forces. NADC will typically subcontract environmental assessment, environmental abatement, engineering, architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades packages. NADC success is directly attributable to our ability to analyze, define and evaluate a project, then develop and implement the most innovative techniques and methods which will equate in cost and time savings to our clients.
